office manager
The position of office manager has the following duties:
Identify business opportunities and negotiate contracts
Establish project schedules, budgets and prices.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to meet cost and quality standards
Develope and implement a marketing plan
Monitore the sales team work progress and performance, and adjust process and resources when is necessary.
Coordinate with the project manager the labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials, and equipment.
Preparate and keep records and reports.
The person must have a business degree or 5 years experience in a succesful company
Position requires be fully available to travel in New Zealand and being flexible with working hours

Construction knowledgment is a plus
