History of the company
The history of Inmesol company begins in the mid 70-ies of the 20 century, when the company's founder and today general director, has opened a small welding plant, having an area of 70 m2 and a staff one employee in n. In 1989, trademark Inmesol SL was registered. Company Inmesol SL had a capable staff of 10 employees working in industrial and office buildings, an area of about 1.000 m2.
In 1989 Inmesol SL manufactures only open diesel generators sets. In 1993, the Company Inmesol SL starts production of the generator sets in soundproof canopies and expands production plant up to 5000 m2. In 2003 Inmesol SL output reaches more than 10.000 pc of soundproof canopies and soundproof generators sets, having a team of employees more than 150 persons. A new building, having area of 12.000 m2 is constructed in 2003. The company starts to actively promote its products for export. Nowdays Inmesol SL exports 70% of its products to more 52 countries in the EU countries as well as to Africa, Asia and South America.
Modern production
Currently, the production of generator sets is carried out on the modern equipment placed in an area of more than 30.000 m2. Inmesol SL has six robotic production lines at its disposal: metal-working line, welding line, painting line, electrical line, electronics and assembly line.
Automatic and manual quality control of generator sets is exercised at all stages of generators' production and assembly of generator sets, including pre-sale service and packaging. Production of Inmesol SL meets the highest requirements of the international standards, both on technical characteristics and quality of production and assembly.
Tecnology
Synchronization systems, monitoring and the remote control of a big number of generator sets are one of the priority directions in engineering activity of the company. A great experience in production and installation of these systems for telecomunication companies is accumulated.
Inmesol agregates are equipped with DSE3110, DSE710 manual control panels, DSE720, DSE7320 automatic control panels as well as DSE75XX synchronizing control panels. The remote monitoring of the equipment is possible. They are as follows: USB cable, GSM-modem, Ethernet (Internet) network, MOD-BUS connection.

Products
Inmesol diesel generator sets are equipped with different types of engines of leading world's manufacturers — Volvo Penta, Iveco Motors, Deutz, Lombardini, Honda, Mitsubishi, MTU and Kohler.
The aggregates are supplied in two types: open type (on the baseframe) and in soundproof canopy.

The aggregates with the power from 16 to 32 kWt are equipped with the oil cooled engines - the oil change interval is 1000 operating hours. It’s worth emphasizing that the similar water cooled engines have the servicing interval of 250-300 operating hours. The generator sets with the power range from 48 to 400 kW have the servicing interval of 250 – 300 operating hours (comparing with the aggregates of other manufacturers – 250 operating hours). These indicators proove the considerable reduce of operation costs for diesel generator sets manufactured by Inmesol company.

Besides, in spite of the high reliability and long operation life of Inmesol diesel generators, the service center network is highly developped in the territory. The owners of Inmesol diesel generator sets even from the far regions do not have the problems with buying the component parts and expendables as well as with getting the assistance from highly qualified specialists. All the troubleshooting is made within 24 hours, around the world.

The advantages of the equipment
One of the main advantages of Inmesol generators is their high reliability, the stability of output parameters and low fuel consumption. If the most of diesel generator sets with similar power and construction need the replacement of many expensive component parts after 1000 operating hours, Inmesol diesel generator sets are able to operate above this period.
